The staff worked very hard and accommodated every request (I was very impressed). The breakfast and dinner deal offered excellent value. The bedroom included all necessary amenities and felt spacious. I especially appreciated the attention to detail.
The outdoor seating area had tables that needed some refurbishment.

i felt the room was not as clean as it could have been dust was noticeable on surfaces the toilet leaked it was a constant drip this made the bathroom floor wet and slippery i asked for the room to be cleaned again but it was not done the entire experience was disappointing

i enjoyed the dog-friendly atmosphere a lot the team arranged for us to have breakfast in the bar so our little dog could join. The food was really good and the breakfast and dinner deal offered great value for money it was a nice experience.
i found no soap in the bathroom when i arrived staff informed me they were awaiting an order this was disappointing as basic amenities are essential for a comfortable stay the absence was a noticeable inconvenience.

the quality of food really stood out i found it really good the breakfast and dinner deal presented great value. a superb curry one saturday night and a big hit roast on sunday complemented the stay. the bar was comfortable

the location has historic charm and is near the river thames this positioning allows for scenic walks and easy access to local attractions. lots of parking spaces add to the convenience.

The staff was friendly at all times. The breakfast had many dishes and it was tasty. I had a free upgrade to a Beautiful King Room Non-Smoking because rooms were available.
The polished floor was risky if you wore socks.

Staff was always friendly. I had a delicious meal in their restaurant. The gardens gave much pleasure, they seemed well kept.
My room was small, though it had everything for a short stay.

the breakfast was tasty with a good choice of dishes! the staff were friendly and helpful. the garden was beautiful and provided a relaxing space. there was also ample parking available.
the shower was not good, the shower head was blocked. the thermostat didn't work properly, and the cubicle seemed old and sad. the king size bed looked too big for the room. there was only one bedside table due to the limited space.
